3) Eating soaked almonds(Soak overnight) three every day keeps you energetic and you will be hungry free for more time.
4) Eating Dates(Kajura in Telugu) weekly twice, will keep your blood levels high and improves skin glow. [ Dates has high level of proteins in it.
5) Eating Soaked Green Gram (Pesara Pappu) with Bellam, improves Blood levels & resistance power. But should not eat if you have wounds.
